We've identified some networking issues with the node, and are investigating and working to remedy.

The network issue has been remedied by restarting the impacted containers. We were flipping the network interface to a backup link on this server to repair a faulty cable on the primary link and something in the configuration didn't quite go right as this should've been seamless.

We're still working to identify the culprit.
