    Ditto. I'm not going anywhere. I think I've been mad at KH one time during all these years and that was resolved to my satisfaction. It had more to do with a miscommunication between support and I than an actual issue.

    Most of the support staff goes over and beyond. That's why I have so many servers with them. I can only think of one that I seem to have an issue with every time. But the overall score for support here is an A.

    I'm debating switching to a Hybrid. I'm running several servers and would most likely keep all but one on the VPS plan. But the main one has been upgraded over and over and I'm now within 5G of max. My biggest concern would be downtime. What's the switchover process?
