Help Configuring FTP with CoreFTP

Hello! I followed the instructions here, https://docs.cpanel.net/cpanel/files/ftp-accounts/84/, which state the FTP can be automatically configured. When I open the script file, CoreFTP says, "Can't establish connection," "No such host." Please help!

This is typically indicative of an incorrect and/or unconfigured hostname. (No 'A' record for the hostname)

If you used the automatically configuration and it used your servers hostname in lieu of an IP address but there is no records for DNS assigned to the hostname, then 'No such host' is a common error.
