Here at KnownHost, we\u2019ve been working hard to ensure your hosting is sleigh-ready for the holiday rush. But we just got word from the North Pole\u2014Santa has returned to KnownHost with more gifts for the season!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Checking under KnownHost’s server tree, it seems that we have gifts for Resellers and Semi-Dedicated users with resource upgrades such as CPU, Memory and Disk Space for some services!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, that’s not all! Santa has delivered something truly special this year: a brand-new line of Reseller Packages<\/strong> at KnownHost that redefine how Resellers operate. These upgraded packages eliminate the overall resource limit. Instead, each cPanel account now comes with 2 vCPU Cores<\/strong> and 2GB of Memory<\/strong>, ensuring dedicated performance for every account. Alongside this upgrade, we\u2019ve also increased Disk Space<\/strong> and Bandwidth<\/strong> allocations!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most significant advantage of this change is the shift away from a shared resource pool for Resellers. Previously, having an overall pool often led to technical challenges that could be tricky to diagnose and resolve. With each cPanel account now having its own set of resources, it\u2019s much easier to pinpoint issues at the individual website level rather than dealing with a reseller-wide bottleneck. This change will empower our customers to identify and address resource needs more effectively, paving the way for smoother operations and better performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With new Reseller packages and their respective changes, it does come with a price increase over the previous iteration. This will only affect NEW<\/strong> services and not existing services.
