VIP Program
Customers who purchase multiple VPS and Hybrid packages with us can receive guaranteed discounts on ALL their active packages! VIP member discounts increase as the number of active packages grows. You can join the VIP Program once you’ve purchased your second VPS. Note that VIP Program members are bound by the terms listed below.

Once you have purchased your second VPS or Hybrid package, contact Sales to signup for the VIP Program. We’ll assign you a unique coupon code to be used for future purchases. When placing new orders, you’ll then have the option to use either the VIP code assigned to you or the coupon code available to the general public, whichever you prefer (one coupon code can be used per order).
As you reach each new discount level, we’ll increase the discount applicable to your code and will also update your existing packages to reflect the new discount level. Note that if your active VPS/Hybrid package count drops below the minimum count, the coupon code and package discounts will be reduced to the previous VIP Program level.
- KnownHost will allow you to copy our TOS/AUP for use on your website.
- We will not provide support for your VPS customers, though you are more than welcome to email us on their behalf if you should come across any issues.
- All our VPS’s are white label so there is no reference back to KnownHost which will allow you to serve your customers without our name attached.

Pre-Optimized/Pre-Secured
All KnownHost VPS's come pre-optimized/pre-secured by default. No worries about having to secure your VPS for you or your clients. We take care of that before you even receive your welcome email with login information.
True White Label Solution
Each VPS we provision is unique as we do not reference the KnownHost name inside the VPS itself. This allows you to provide your clients with a VPS branded as your own. This is a very popular feature with our VPS reseller channel.
